Description
The universal bonding press lingo has been designed for interior furnishing
work. When bonding edges and joints, the machine handles the numerous tasks
without problems, from all types of edge and machine bonding to panel and light
block bonding. The press can be charged from one side, and is fitted with four
pressure beams. A spindle-operated workpiece clamp provides the necessary
working safety.
The pneumatic pressure cylinders and the guide rails have a grid of 50 mm
indexing holes for quick height adjustment. This ensures optimum settings and
ideal working conditions for the operator, regardless of the task.

No instruction
The pressure beams run along a honed guide rail. They are fitted with
maintenance-free bearings, so that the beams can be positioned precisely and
without any effort.
The workpiece clamp can be positioned anywhere along the entire working width.
Depending on the application, the pressure cylinders are controlled individually
or as a group. This makes operation extremely simple.
No installation
Simply unload the press, and erect the main frame. Level it out and fix it.
Attach the pressure beams to the guide rail, and position the workpiece clamp as
necessary. Connect the compressed air supply
(4 to 10 bar). Finished.
No servicing
The smooth-running bearings are maintenance-free and have a practically
unlimited service life. In the unlikely event that one of the bearings should
become damaged after expiry of the guarantee period, it can be replaced easily
after releasing a set-screw.
Basic set-up
The universal press lingo is practice-oriented and is therefore fitted with four
pressure beams. Every beam has a pneumatic pressure cylinder with a stroke of
100 mm and a safety control valve. Also provided as standard is a
spindle-operated workpiece clamp.
