Description
"The pure way to press frames." Whether frame or leaf of a window,
rectangular or sloping, with jamb and/or intertie, … with the frame press domo
you are always ideally equipped and well served. When it comes to frame
pressing, the domo is an all-rounder. Robustly designed, and constructed of
generously dimensioned rectangular profiles that have proved their value under
tough continuous operating conditions. Accurate angles are ensured by the
left-hand continuous guide rail and the precisely adjustable individual supports
for the frame uprights on the pressure beams. Furthermore, height & width
are easily adjustabe via an indexing grid with 50 mm hole spacing.

Hydraulic pressure cylinders, each with a force of 12.000 N at a pressure of 100
bar, handle even the seemingly most difficult operations. Automatic control
ensures that there is no pressure drop.
Frame press domo.
No instruction
The sliding carriage, pressure beams, guide rails and/or pressure cylinders are
positioned precisely to suit the workpiece, and the then required pressure is
set. Just three push-buttons are used to control the horizontal and vertical
pressure cycles: "Press", "Stop", and "Release".
No installation
The press is simply unloaded, put in the required place, levelled out, and
fixed. The power plug is pushed into the socket (400 VAC). Check the turning
direction of the motor. Finished. A compressed air connection is not required.
No servicing
The press is designed and built for practically wear-free operation. Should any
of the working parts become damaged or need replacement after expiry of the
guarantee period, proceed as follows:
- Smooth-running bearings
of the pressure beams
Release the through-bolt and retainer, and exchange the bearing (occurrence: unlikely). - Hydraulic pump
Disconnect power supply. Remove the two pressure lines, unmount the motor and replace (occurrence: unlikely). - Hydraulic pressure cylinder
Should one of the pressure cylinders develop
a leak, unscrew the pressure connection and replace the cylinder (occurrence: very seldom, less than 1%).
In the unlikely event that a pressure cylinder needs replacement, you have two options:
- You order a new pressure cylinder.
- You return the defective cylinder to us, and
we will refund 50% on the purchase price of the new unit.
In both cases, shipment is within 24 hours, and according to your instructions.
Basic set-up
One central and two lateral pressure beams, each with maintenance-free,
smooth-running bearings. Three vertical and two horizontal hydraulic cylinders
with a stroke of 120 mm and a force of 12.000 N from 100 bar pressure. The
hydraulic supply unit generates a max. pressure of 100 bar, whereby the working
pressure is adjustable between 40 and 100 bar.. Automatic pressure monitoring
and control ensure that the working pressure remans constant. The inlay depth of
the pressure plates and guide rails is 80 mm, and the guide rails are fitted
with falling latchpins.

Heavy-duty, welded construction of frame and pressure beams using generously
dimensioned special profiles. Honed guide rail surfaces for sliding carriage and
pressure beam. Precise adjustment of all vertical elements is ensured by means
of an indexing grid with 50 mm hole spacing, whilst the horizontal pressure
cylinders are continuiously adjustable. The hydraulic pump unit is mounted in a
protected manner.
