Description
Bonding station bono
Glue application, fast, clean, and in the correct amount. Bonding
of workpieces using open cans of glue and a brush or spatula is
inefficient, messy, and extremely expensive. With this new bonding station,
asalo offers you a semi-automatic bonding procedure with a very attractive
price/performance ratio. The station is mobile, and due to the integrated,
pressurized glue container it can be operated independently of location or
material. All that is necessary is to repressurize the glue container
occasionally, either from a compressed air supply or by means
of the pump. The worktable is adjustable in height, is rotatable, and has adjustable guides for four frame
rails. To prevent corrosion, the pressurized glue container,
the working surface and the stop bolts are made of stainless steel.
If dowelled joints are to be glued (instead of surfaces, e.g. with tenon/mortise
joints), all that is needed is a different nozzle for
the glue gun.
No instruction
Mount the glue container, fill in
the glue, and close the container. After pressurizing the container, the bonding
station can be used
in any location. The integrated water tank prevents the glue gun, the spatula,
and the nozzle from becoming clogged with hardened glue when not in use.
No installation
The bonding station is delivered pre-assembled. No external connections are
required. From time to time, the glue container needs repressurizing to 5 bar.
No servicing
The mechanical parts of the bonding station are principally main-tenance-free.
Provided the station is kept clean, there are no parts that can wear out.
Basic set-up
The bonding station bono is a mobile unit and is fitted with a stopper roller.
Turntable, glue
container, and water tank are arranged ergonomically, thus ensuring convenient
and stress-free working conditions. Supplied as standard are the glue gun, a
roller spatula, and a pointed
nozzle.
Construction
The bonding station has been designed for mobile use in work-shops and on
building sites. Repressurization of the glue
container is as simple as filling an automobile tire. The working sur-face and
the stop bolts are made of stainless steel, and are easy to clean.
