agilo
Universal Press agilo No instruction Due to its practice-oriented construction, the agilo is suitable for practically every shape and size of workpiece within the useful working area, whereby the clamping pressure is always adapted. The precision, laser-cut grid of indexing holes cover the entire surface of the stable, one-piece work table, that is the basis for all glueing oper- ations, e.g. on frames, furniture fronts, panels, shaped parts, and boards, as well as laminations and bandings. The rugged, one-piece, surface-honed guide rails at bottom and left do not deform, even under extremely high clamping pressures. Just a few pumping strokes are required to achieve the max. clamping pressure of 20.000 N and the max. working stroke of 65 mm. Thanks to the combination of 50 mm indexing grid and the working stroke of 65 mm, no readjustments are necessary for workpieces with similar dimensions. The manual hydraulic unit can rotate through 360° and are particularly easy to operate. These asalo devices make it very easy to apply the correct clamping pressure. Pressure is relieved simply by finger pressure on the release lever. The piston rod returns to the zero position together with the pressure plate. An ergonomically designed handle enables the hydraulic unit to be repositioned pre-cisely and without any effort. The unit simply clicks into the indexing holes, where it is matched to the workpiece angle before being locked into position by means of a magnet. No installation No servicing
