Ordering Procedure

You have decided to purchase a reliable, top-quality asalo machine. We will deliver it for a sensational price. Ordering can hardly be simpler or safer.

This is how easy the ordering procedure is:

1. You can use the ordering form from the Web, and fill it out.
2. You send the order form to us via the Internet.
3. You remit the purchase price to an escrow account of a German attorney. The attorney will only transfer the money to asalo after the machine has been delivered.
4. You will receive two confirmations immediately:
   - From the attorney, to confirm that the money is in escrow.
   - Our order confirmation with the expected shipment date.
5. One or two days before shipment of the machine, you will be notified accordingly.
6. The machine is on its way to you. It has been given to our contracted shipping agent, who will deliver it free to a German border or fob a German sea port, with full insurance up to the installation site, including:
   - a three-year guarantee
   - mounting instructions
   - operating instructions.
7. After receiving the machine from us, the ship- ping agent sends the acceptance documents to the attorney.
8. The money (purchase price) is released by the attorney, and remitted to asalo.
9. The shipping agent delivers the machine to your premises. The procedure is concluded. You start working with a reliable, top-quality asalo machine.
