Guarantee
We provide a three-year guarantee on any machine.
- The guarantee period of three years starts when the machine is delivered.
- During the guarantee period we will rectify all faults free of charge, provided they have been provably caused by manufacturing or material defects. Defective parts will be replaced by us. Additional claims are excluded. We do not accept any liability for consequential damage. The buyer pays the transport costs. As for the rest, asalo's general terms of business apply.
- Any manipulations to the machine through non-authorized persons automatically lead to the guarantee becoming void.
- Not included in the guarantee are all damages arising from improper use or disregard of the operating instructions.
- Any repair or replacement of parts after expiry of the legal warranty period does not extend the original guarantee period.
- Guarantee does not cover components subject to wear, such as glue gun, roller spatula, and nozzle.
- This guarantee is valid worldwide.
